I just recieved notice that a credit card ANB-BP was over its credit limit but I don't know what card that is. I was notified via my credit report. What is ANB-BP?
Well, BP shows this credit card may be a gas card (British Petroleum). And the abbreviation ANB may signify the bank you deal with (probably American National Bank or other). Now we hope you will recollect that credit card :)

Could I negotiate with Amex to have a credit card with a poor credit history...?
I suspect they won't give you a card, but still you can call them and ask if it's possible.

do i have to give my bank infromation to every credit card company
If you mean giving information to credit bureaus, you should keep an eye on them updating reports on your payments and starting new credit cards and all that stuff. Besides, the information of the three bureaus should be identical, as some of them may miss some issues.

I have very good credit and I am trying to get a credit card with a 0% APR for 6-12 months soley for the purpose of using it to buy Christmas gifts and paying them off in the months that follow. I plan to have it payed off within about 4 months, but I will not be using it for any thing besides Christmas gifts and will want to cancel service as soon as it is payed off. The reason why I want my own is because I do not want my husband to know what he is getting for Christmas. Do you have any suggestions as to which credit card would be appropriate for my needs? Thank you!
YOu are lucky that you have a good credit and that you want a card for 6-12 months, the latter usually being intro period with lower APR. You can look through and compare best credit card offers at our site and choose the one that matches your requirements to the full. But be sure, your credit score will be lowered when you cancel your credit card after paying it off.

how can you find out what bureau these companies use to obain their credit reports.
You may ask the bank calling their customer service, or find it at their web site, or you can use forums about credit which give such kind of information. Generally, banks consider reports from all bureaus and choose the lowest score, so you should be careful to keep your scores identical.

what is minimum finance charge
It is a minimum payment for a transaction. For example, you want to transfer the balance from one card to another, and the minimum balance transfer fee is $5. So, no matter if you transfer 50 dollars or 1 dollar, you will have to pay no less than $5 for it.

how do i get my card
If you were approved for a credit card, it will be sent to you by mail within 7-10 business days. You may sometimes wait longer, due to the bank's slow work or your complicated credit history.

How do I apply for a Providian Cardit Card which I am told has no interest
Probably, you mean the Providian credit cards with no annual fee. Actually, they all charge ongoing APR, but unfortunately, they are not on offer now.

I have a Dell Preferred account I wish to transfer the balance, along with 2 other credit cards to a new 0% on transfers credit card but a few of them stated I could only transfer M.C., Visa, AMEX, and Discover accounts. Is there any credit cards that will give me a check for the Dell account? I can not find any phone numbers on these web pages.
You should turn to the official site of your bank or call there to clear out all the details. We really do not carry such type of credit cards at our sites.
